I believe this to be a high horsepower Police Interceptor, due to the fact that a policeman owned it. It has had a flash fire in the interior. Lighter fluid was sprayed on the seats and ignited. Insurance totaled and paid them for the vehicle. Turbo, headers, intercooler and other HP options added.
