American Towing - Montgomery - Online Auction
American Towing is responsible for removing unauthorized and illegally parked vehicles throughout the Montgomery County area. These vehicles are being sold clear of any liens or holds. we will usually have more than 30 vehicles scheduled at this auction. All vehicles sold by American Towing are sold with a DOR Bill of Sale per Ala. Code § 32-13-3.
A $50 DEPOSIT WILL BE REQUIRED TO BID. IF YOU ARE THE WINNING BIDDER, THE DEPOSIT WILL APPLIED TO YOUR INVOICE. IF YOU DO NOT WIN, THE DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED. This is an internet only auction. There is a 14% buyer's premium; cash credit.
CREDIT CARDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED ON INVOICES EXCEEDING $5000. IF THE INVOICE IS OVER $5000, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY VIA CASH, CASHIER'S CHECK, OR WIRE TRANSFER.
