Bambarger Wrecker Service - Tuscaloosa - Online Auction

Bambarger Wrecker Service is responsible for removing unauthorized and illegally parked vehicles throughout Western Alabama. These vehicles are being sold clear of any liens or holds. we will usually have more than 30 vehicles scheduled at this auction. All vehicles sold by Bambarger Wrecker are sold with a DOR Bill of Sale per Ala. Code § 32-13-3.

Bambarger Wrecker Service IS A "DESIGNATED AGENT" FOR THE STATE OF ALABAMA. IF YOU ARE AN INDIVIDUAL, AND WOULD LIKE TO OBTAIN A TITLE TO A VEHICLE YOU PURCHASE AT AUCTION, BAMBARGER WRECKER SERVICE WILL APPLY FOR THE TITLE IN YOUR NAME. THERE WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL $60 CHARGE FOR THIS SERVICE. THIS REQUIREMENT DOES NOT APPLY TO LICENSED DEALERS IN THE STATE OF ALABAMA. IF YOU OPT OUT OF THIS SERVICE, THE VEHICLE WILL BE CONSIDERED PARTS ONLY.

A $50 DEPOSIT WILL BE REQUIRED TO BID.  IF YOU ARE THE WINNING BIDDER, THE DEPOSIT WILL APPLIED TO YOUR INVOICE.  IF YOU DO NOT WIN, THE DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED.

CREDIT CARDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED ON INVOICES EXCEEDING $5000.  IF THE INVOICE IS OVER $5000, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY VIA CASH, CASHIER'S CHECK, OR WIRE TRANSFER. This is an internet only auction. There is a 13.5% buyer's premium; cash credit.
