Whitaker Towing Service is responsible for removing unauthorized and illegally parked vehicles throughout the greater Marshall County area. These vehicles are being sold clear of any liens or holds. All vehicles sold by the Seller are sold with a DOR Bill of Sale per Ala. Code § 32-13-3

WHITAKER TOWING & RECOVERY IS A "DESIGNATED AGENT" FOR THE STATE OF ALABAMA. IF YOU ARE AN INDIVIDUAL, AND WOULD LIKE TO OBTAIN A TITLE TO A VEHICLE YOU PURCHASE AT AUCTION, WHITAKER TOWING SERVICE WILL APPLY FOR THE TITLE IN YOUR NAME. THERE WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL $60 CHARGE FOR THIS SERVICE. THIS REQUIREMENT DOES NOT APPLY TO LICENSED DEALERS IN THE STATE OF ALABAMA. IF YOU OPT OUT OF THIS SERVICE, THE VEHICLE WILL BE CONSIDERED PARTS ONLY.

A $50 DEPOSIT WILL BE REQUIRED TO BID.  IF YOU ARE THE WINNING BIDDER, THE DEPOSIT WILL APPLIED TO YOUR INVOICE.  IF YOU DO NOT WIN, THE DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED. This is an internet only auction. There is a 13.5% buyer's premium; cash credit. 

CREDIT CARDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED ON INVOICES EXCEEDING $5000.  IF THE INVOICE IS OVER $5000, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY VIA CASH, CASHIER'S CHECK, OR WIRE TRANSFER.
